Casa Katrina is ideal for 2 families . Covered outdoor patio, formal indoor air conditioned dining room for 6, and a gourmet eat in kitchen. All new appliances, full laundry room,. Every bedroom is equipped with cable television and flat screen monitors. The main living room has a 48 inch LG HDTV with a DVD system. The Casa has been exquisitely decorated by some of the most renowned desigers in Costa Rica.

A striking swimming pool set in exotic gardens with southwest exposure is inviting from early morning to late at night. Golf every day, serious sport fishing charters, sail, swim, play tennis, explore tropical islands and rivers, scuba dive, ocean surfing, tropical beaches, ATV back country trail tours, wind surfing, jet skis, horseback riding, and tropical forest tours all within an hour or less from the Casa. All of these activities are available year round.

 

Rental Includes:

Casa Katrena rental includes full services: maid, gardening, cleaning, laundry, and pool maintenance. Also included is access to the very private Los Suenos Resort Owners Beach Club with one of the finest swimming pool complexes in the country. Our guests are here to enjoy all of the Los Suenos Resort without any day to day cares. All electricity and other utilities are included. (Note: International long distance telephone service requires a credit card.) Additional services such as a private chef, chauffeured transportation, and tours can be arranged in advance through our contacts.

Casa Katrena while in an mountainside elegant tropical setting is within 1.5 kilometers of a new full service shopping center-the largest on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica- which offers an upscale US style supermarket, gourmet coffee shop, dry cleaner, Radio Shack, Subway sandwiches, boutique clothing stores, and several fine dining restaurants. Los Sueños Marriot Resort Hotel with boutique shops, restaurants, bars, and a business center is 2.2 kilometers from the Casa. A well equipped medical emergency center with English speaking staff is located on the Los Suenos grounds open 24 hours a day. The vibrant beach town of Jaco with many restaurants, shops, markets, art galleries, clothing stores, car rental, surfing equipment rentals, and other services is 11 kilometers to the south.

    Area Info

    Puntarenas Province

    Puntarenas is a province of Costa Rica. It is located in the western part of the country, covering most of Costa Rica's Pacific Ocean coast, and it is the largest province in Costa Rica. Clockwise from the northwest it borders on the provinces Guanacaste, Alajuela, San José and Limón, and the neighbouring country of Panama.

    Jacó

    Jacó is a coastal city in the county of Garabito in Costa Rica's Puntarenas province. Located in the Central Pacific Region, on the pacific coast of Costa Rica. Jacó is approximately two hours from San José and one hour North of Manuel Antonio National Park.

    Jacó lies between several mountains, and is neighbored by the beaches of Herradura Bay to the North, and Playa Hermosa to the South. At about 15 miles north of Jacó, lies the Carara National Park, recognized for it´s exuberant wildlife and dense rain forest. Carara is home to one of the largest remaining populations of wild Scarlet Macaw in the country.

    Jacó has quickly grown to become an important tourist destination and can be considered one of the country's most developed coastal cities. Its natural beauty, proximity to San Jose, and the challenging surf attracts many international and local tourists. Jacó hosts many high quality hotels and restaurants. As well as several bars, nightclubs and discos, which make up Jaco's very active night life.
